Papyrus Guardians
These pictures show the Papyrus Guardians from a scenario that Lionel invented himself. It takes place in Egypt and the warriors wear Papyrus Cloths which are named after sacred symbols from Egyptian mythology.

Bakkra descends from a royal line whose
ancestors were the architects of numerous monuments in Egypt. Only he
knows the secret surrounding the Papyrus Cloth of Bastet/Sekmeth... But
for nothing in the world he would betray this secret... Not even if
threatened to be burnt alive.
His Papyrus Cloth is of the Sign of the Wasp, the best sign of the royalty in Egypt... His main characteristics are androginity, anarchie, arrogance, pride and irony. |

Galeset is a peasant of the Nile's Great
Oasis. His ancestors were ancient warriors of Neith, the goddess of
just war. The last of his forefathers who fought for her decided in a
fit of madness to decamp and turn against his goddess. When the holy
war was over, only the totem of the Crododile Papyrus Cloth was found,
swimming in blood. An evil aura seemed to have taken possession of
it... So it was decided to hide it in the heart of the Legendary Nile's
Spring so that no one should be able to recover it. It was certainly
the hand of fate that decided otherwise and let the Papyrus Cloth meet
its rightful heir...
Galeset wears the Crocodile Papyrus Cloth, a dangerous animal but protector of the Nile's Secrets and its Legendary Spring. His main characteristics are prettiness, force, dignity, will and loyalty... |

Onos is the oldest of the Papyrus Guardians.
His knowledge and his courage are on equal terms with his respect for
the Egyptian throne. Onos is a wise man in service to Ishika. His
ancestors were all advisors of various pharaohs whom they followed.
Despite his age his experience as a warrior gives him command over
various unexpected technics...
The main characteristics of Onos are maturity, knowledge, devotion, strategy and intuition. His Papyrus Cloth is of the sign of the Scarab; the beetle that immortalizes the sun's perpetual course... |
