Okay, this is a very small selection of the places where you can get anime stuff, and a biased one at that, but I decided to list only the places here where I can get the stuff that interests me (and currently that's mainly Saint Seiya, Bastard!!, and B'tX)

Cels.org - This page belongs to AniManga and contains the 20 most interesting Cel Dealers and when they last updated their sites! Great resource for cel collectors!

Anime and Manga Services - Cels for Sale - Cels and stuff from a lot of series (including Saint Seiya :). As they sit in Switzerland one can pay via Eurocheque! Highly recommended!
